find and replace all

I'm new to excel so sorry if this has been asked before.

I need to do a find for varying data in Col.A and replace all with varying data from Col.B. The issue is the varying data in Col.A appears randomly all throughout the database in many different Columns and Rows. I'm thinking I need to create a function to fix this but I'm not sure what it should be since I've never done one.

I've been using the manual find and replace all to fix this but it just taken too long.
