so my macros are mainly rearranging columns to a certain order and then adding them to another worksheet to replace the old ones, and this is done to every single developer for his own columns order. so the question is..Can i let the macro select the columns by name rather than Letter. and if so, can it fetch the area column if its called "built up area" or "total built up area" or maybe "square meter" does it have this kind of intelligence?? :D :P lol

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
You can write a FUNCTION to convert the name in a number.
