Find word and add text

Hello everyone i have small doubt i have created a userform with few combo box,now the issue is when i select values from few combo box those values should get added after a word ,for example lets in cell a1 there is statement "THIS IS PEN" which is predefined and when i select a value in combo box for example "A" then in the result it should be like "THIS IS A PEN" is there a vba code for this issue . please help me out

This could be done. But how would the script know where to add the value.
Would it always be after the first space

For example would it be:

George A is my name

Many A apartments exist.

the word exist only once in the sentence for example i have only one word named as OBJECT and after that combo box1 value should be added then i have word AMEND and after that combo box 2 value should be added ...and the whole sentence exist in one cell
