Finding info in the cell below certain text.

Does anyone have a formula for finding certain text and the info in a cell below. I use the formula in D1 to find certain text and the info to the right of. It works for rows but I can seem to doctor it to work in columns.

i.e. I want to be able to find "Prev Close" and then whatever is in the cell below.

1	Prev Close			=INDEX(A:A,MATCH("Prev Close ",$A:$A,0))
2	$43.00

=INDEX(A:A,MATCH("Prev Close ",$A:$A,0)+1)
