Finding the Cell value and entering the new value in the adjacent cell

I have the values in the "Value" Column.
I want the Result as like mentioned " Result column"

Kindly help with this issue.

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
I don't think your question is clear.
Maybe try explaining again, perhaps including an actual example.
