Fix a picture to a cell

Hi guys, i'm sure this can be done, but am struggling slightly.

I'm doing a basic vlookup for 20 or so cells, however one of the matched cells needs to find a picture. Can I attach a picture to a cell so when the vlookup finds the match the picture is shown?

Excel Facts

What picture? Are they stored in the workbook somewhere?

Yep, yes currently it is inside the cell itself from where the Vlookup will be picking the info from.
