Floating form over active sheet

Hi

I created a form that works fine and stays active. As the form stays active I cannot work on the worksheet without closing the form window...

I would like my form to 'float' over my active sheet so that I effectively can work on my active worksheet and switch to the form when reqyuired...

Any ideas / suggestions?
