Flow Charts and Macro Sheets

I'm working with flow charts someone made on macro sheets with buttons and arrows, and want to move this to the back end. Is there a way of making lines and directional arrows in the back end with forms, outside of some special fonts? Like an addin for line arrow objects or something?

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
