For the background, I have a form template created that uses VBA to populate entered data in the form to specific columns on a sheet. The user clicks "Enter Reference" on the "Enter Reference" completes the form (attached images 1 & 2), then the data on the form populates in the correct columns on the "Data" Tab (mini sheet data)

Is there a way to have a prompt pop up when the user opens the template forcing them to enter a string of text, like a customer name, and then that entered text followed by the word "references" is a new file name that saves on the desktop?
For example,
1. User opens template.
2. Pop up prompt says "please enter customer name". User enters customer name, e.g. "Acme Company"
3. Then a new file is saved on the user's desktop named "Acme Company References" and that workbook automatically opens up.

Secondly when the user has entered all the necessary data in the form. can a "button" be made on the "data" sheet that says "Save References as PDF" and only cells A1:O20 save as a scaled to one page pdf file on the desktop?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
