Foreign (Persian,Spanish,Deutch,etc...) character code in vba

Hi guys
any program or option exist in excel that showing other character than english? that not showing ????? for this character (except region utf-8 worldwide in windows control panel setting, because of some of my program problem with this and erroring)

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Excel is not Unicode-compliant. If you don't want to change system locale, I'm afraid you only option is to use a localized version of Excel. That'd limit you to one language only. You can't use Persian, Spanish, etc. in the same localized version of Excel.
