Hi, Any help in unformatting the spreadsheet will be appreciated. I would like to remove the filters that appear to be in each cell and the colored rows (looks like an old greenbar report-every other row is blue!). I tried paste special values, filter commands, and color commands! Excel 2007

Thanks, Steve

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Maybe: select the table, click on the Table Tools tab, click Convert to Range.

HI Peter,

That didn't work for me but I found that if I copy, paste special, values to a new worksheet that it solves my problem. This notwithstanding, it would be helpfule to learn the function for future reference.
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Best regards,
Steve
