Format String number in Textbox

I have a textbox which contains a positive or negative number. But if the number is negative, rather than displaying a "-", for example '-.25', I want to display as (.25), in parenthesis. How can I do that?

Try this:

Private Sub textbox1_BeforeUpdate(ByVal Cancel As MSForms.ReturnBoolean)
    TextBox1 = Format(TextBox1, "0.00;(0.00)")
End Sub

Should change after deselecting the textbox
