Greetings.
Pls help me to format our Bill Register so as to enable us to automatically see the amount of daily bills issued, daily payments received & outstanding amounts.
Our data set is as follows:
Col A = Date of Bill
Col B = Bill No.
Col C = Bill Value (Basic)
Col D = Tax @ 12% on Bill Value (12% on Col C)
Col E = Cess @ 2% on Tax (2% on Col D)
Col F = Addl Cess @ 1% on Tax (1% on Col D)
Col G = Total Bill Value incl. Tax & 2 types of Cess (C+D+E+F)
Col H = Deduction from Col G, if any
Col I = Tax Deduction from G
Col J = Balance amount Due (G-H-I)
Col K = Date of Receipt
Col L = Amount actually Received
Col M = Difference (J-L)
