if A!E28 is 12.1-12.9 the decimal point will show. If A!E28 is 12.0 the resulting formula will not show a 12.0. The idea of this formula is that there's a minimum requirement listed in A!E29. If A!E28 is greater than the minimum amount, the formula will just show the number. If it's under that minimum it will show the number with an asterisk next to it. All of it seems to be producing the desired outcomes except for if the number in A!E28 is a whole number. Both A!E28 and the cell containing this formula are both formatted to Numbers with 1 decimal point.
