formula calculating percentage for negative numbers.

Good Day,
What is the formula for 20% as given sample below?
If cell value is -10.000 formula will show blank.
If same cell value is +10.000 formula will show 2.000.

Are you asking to show 20% of the number if the number is positive, but to show blank if it is negative?
If so, then for a number in cell A1, the formula would look like:
Excel Formula:
=IF(A1<0,"",A1*.2)
