Formula calculating time between 2 date/times

I am having a bit of issue calculating time between 2 dates.
hoping to do this in formula as the sheet is pretty long
here is an example

i just found out what i think it is- it is written like Oct 1 2023 10:36AM so there are 3 spaces between oct and the 1 and it looks like sometimes there 3 spaces between 2023 and time and sometimes theres not-

with the inconsistency on the sheet im assuming it may not work with a formula (space inconsistency)

i was able to do ctrl find and limit spaces to 1 and it works thanks
