Formula for actual working hours

Hi Guys,

I have to calculate actual ageing for every ticket raised in a sheet. But for this, I'll have to exclude the pre-shift and post shift hours, the official holidays and the non-working days in the week on which our guys are on leave (like some work from Tuesday to Saturday and some work from Monday to Friday, etc.)

Anyone has a clue to this kind of formula?

Input:
There are 2 sheets. The first one contains official holiday list and the working days (Mon - Fri or Tue -Sat, etc.)
Second sheet contains Tkt raised and Tkt closed date and time (e.g 1/7/2010 1:43:00 PM)

Output expected:
Actual ageing in hours (which excludes non working days, hours and non working hours of working days)

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
