Formula for Beginning of week Date

Could anyone suggest a formula that will return the date of the beginning of the work week. I would also need a formula to return the date of the end of the week. Both formulas would reference Today(). Monday = beginning & Friday = end

Monday: =TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)
Friday: =TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)+4
