Hi, I have the below cells calculating hours worked, annual leave, overtime and sick for staff. In the overtime column (Column AH) I have the formula =MAX(0,(AG6+AH6-85.75)) working out overtime hours based on a full time contract at 85.75hrs. However, I now want to calculate that for some staff based on Work Time Equivalent (WTE), for example someone has a WTE of 0.6 because they are only contracted to 3 out of 5 days. The WTE for each staff member is located in column C.
