I want Fix a formula in C6:C10 for upgrade the grade mentioned in B6:B10 acording to table given above.
Condition :	1-if B2=0 , No upgrade, if B2=1, upgrade one subject grade, if B2=2, upgrade two subjects.
	2- Upgradation will be from lower grade to upper grade
	3- if there is tie in two subject grade then grade will be upgraded according to heigest marks obtained in Overall marks, if overall marks (column-E) is tie then this condition will be shifted to next column-F, if this also tie then condition will be shifted to next column-G.
	4- if Marks obtained in column -I less than 25% then E1 grade will not be upgrade.
