My spreadsheet has a date fields, I added a field with today's date and subtracted the two columns to get # of days late. My goal is to create a chart that tells how many entries are 30 days late, 45 days late, 60, 90, 120, and >120. Can anyone help with an If statement please?

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi thanks, but I'm not sure I understand how this will give me what I need.

I need to look at the number in B2 and if the number is < or = "30" then return results of "30 Days", next is If B2 >= "31", but <="45" then results are "45 days".
