Hi all,

Might anyone be able to assist here please I have 3 formulas each returning #N/A if the data is not found can anyone amend this to show blank rather than #N/A if the data is not found,

I have tried but I keep getting the same error,

Thanks in advance,

Excel Formula:
=IF(VLOOKUP(A12,Available!$C$1:O110,MATCH(Rolecheck!$C$1,Available!$C$1:$O$1,0),0)="Yes","Yes","")

Excel Formula:
=IF(C12="YES",IF(F12="YES","Available",""),"")

Excel Formula:
=IF(G12="Available",A12,"")

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Instead of
=YourExistingFormula

try
=IFNA(YourExistingFormula,"")

Hey Peter,

Thanks for taking the time, I'm still getting the same error "You've entered too many arguments"

Sorry peter I just stated in the 1st post that if the data was not found it would return #N/A,

I have just tried the formula unfortunately is does not return "Yes" everything remains blank 🤔

The image is with the original formula

Your image is only of one sheet when it seems three are involved. Further, we cannot copy from an image. Please consider XL2BB for some varied but realistic sample data and expected results that we can copy from for testing.

Here are my sheets

pure vito.xlsm
C
1XXX
Rolecheck

pure vito.xlsm
CDEF
1WWWXXXYYY
2FredYes
3Tom
4BobbyYes
Available

This sheet below has your formula in column B and mine in column C.
What parts of this last sheet in column C are wrong and what is wrong with them?

13Ken#N/A
14BobbyYesYes

RangeFormula
B12:B15B12=IF(VLOOKUP(A12,Available!$C$1:O110,MATCH(Rolecheck!$C$1,Available!$C$1:$O$1,0),0)="Yes","Yes","")
C12:C15C12=IFNA(IF(VLOOKUP(A12,Available!$C$1:O110,MATCH(Rolecheck!$C$1,Available!$C$1:$O$1,0),0)="Yes","Yes",""),"")

Again thank you peter for taking the time to do this and apologies for the lack of XL2BB my work computer does not allow me to install this,

So the issue is where column A15 is showing 0 column B15 shows #N/A is there a way to have this show blank also?

The problem for me is that I am populating a list box within a user form and the #N/A shows up in that data
