is there a way for me to count that yes this is shown up a total of 69 times however, it with 14 unique dates? so it would spit out 14. ( note the data is large with mulitple numbers that need to be hit so if i do counta or countif or somthing like that i would have to adjust the formula month over month if that makes sense

You can use Power Pivot to achieve that goal (solution #2)
