180000 144000 108000 72000 A1
36000 36000 36000 36000 A2
36000 72000 108000 144000 180000
-8.45 -6290 -130 2030

What I am trying to do is the following:
A1 - If cell 2030 is positive I would like it to add up with Cell 72000 and Cell 36000, if the total goes above cell 180000 I would like cell 2030 to subtract itself from cell 36000.

I hope I didn't make this to confusing. Any help would be great.

Thank you!

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

I have put a number in the cell showing that it contains a number. The cells with A1 and A2 are blank and I am looking for the formula to put those cells that is why they are "Blank".

Hi:

It might a bit helpful if you would show your data in the Colo utility...then we could see exactly your references...as well as you anticipated results...

Hi:

The utility I refer to is the HTML approach to displaying a portion of your spreadsheet on the forum....See just below this text box the following:

"Download Colo's HTML Maker utility for displaying your Excel Worksheet on the board."

and follow the install instructions....You can also find help on the search section of this forum....search for "Colo utility"

hope this helps
