Formula to determine status based on dates in 2 other cells

Hello - I'm new to Mr. Excel - please forgive me if I do not yet have the forum etiquette down.

Let me explain what I do currently have correct....
I have 2 columns (Column N has a "projected meeting date", Column O has an "actual meeting date"). I also have one cell (N12 with the "TODAY" formula. I was able to populate Column P "meeting status" based on only Column N (the projected date) and N12 as follows:

If the Proj Mtg Date is less than Today's Date, then the Mtg Status is "Late"
If the Proj Mtg Date is equal to Today's Date, then the Mtg Status is "Due Today"
If the Proj Mtg Date is greater than Today's Date, then the Mtg Status is "Scheduled"​

The formula I (crashed coursed in) to get this is: =IF(N20<$N$12,"LATE",IF(N20=$N$12,"DUE TODAY",IF(N20>$N$12,"SCHEDULED")))

PROBLEM: I also need to determine if the meeting status is COMPLETE. Once a sales rep has their meeting, the actual meeting date is populated in Column O. I've tried to insert another "IF" within the formula to represent that "if a date is in Column O, then Mtg Status is Complete"
No matter how I try this, I continuously get an error. Please help!!
