Formula to insert 01/10 and extract year from Cell L1 (Format dd/mm/yyyy)

I have tried to set up a formula to show the date as 01/10 and year to be extracted from Cell L1. The format for the date is dd/mm/yyyy

L1 is 2020 so I want formula to display 01/10/2020 (it will always be 01/10 and then whatever the year is in L1

Code:
=DAY("01")&"/"&MONTH("10")&"/"&YEAR(L1)


It would be appreciated if someone could amend my formula
