Formula using figures from another worksheet

I would like to subtract one cell from another that are on another worksheet to get the sum on the first worksheet. Both cells on another worksheet have formulas in them. I have used =SUM('Register Report'!F48-'Register Report'!F49) and get 0.00. If I test it on a cell that doesn't have a formula in it it works. I know there's something I need to put in the formula to make it read just the result of that cell, but can't remember what it is. Thanks for the help in advance
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
