I would like to have a row of cells A4,B4,C4,D4 to be always visible when i scroll up or down.
Is there a formula for this?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
If you place your cursor in cell E5, and go to the View menu and select "Freeze Panes" from the Windows ribbon, it will freeze everything above and to the left of that cell, so you will always see A4:C4, regardless of where your scroll to on your sheet.
