I have Excel 2010 and only get the option to freeze either the top pane or the left pane. But I would like to freeze both. When I select one, it deselects the other. I know I can use a split, but I prefer freeze panes instead. Is there a way in 2010 to freeze multiple panes?

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Figured it out. I needed to release the previous freeze panes, then select the cell next to where I wanted the panes to freeze, then select "Freeze panes" from my ribbon.

It wasn't showing because I had previous panes frozen. Works good now.
