Dear Excel Gurus,

I would like to know, if there are ways to deal with my "challenge".

I would like to create a Chart or historical graph that shows that a material code has been mentioned in January and December and November, or Only maybe in January and December.

Its what i would like to call the frequency of the material code in certain period of time.

I have made what I think would be a good arrangement for the data. (please see file).

This is just an a tiny version of data i want to work with. Per month, I would be dealing with more or less 45k rows

If you have any ideas, how I should tackle and create this graph or chart and make sustainable for the future, please let me know.

Thank you very much in advance.

Kind regards

Ildestino
