Frustrated: works on my PC but now others!

HELP !

I have a C# program that opens via oledb a 2007 workbook.

It works fine on my PC ( windows 7, 64bit, Office 2007 )

It runs on one of the clients PC's ( setup as above )

..BUT on the other client PC's it keeps coming up with the same error when the connection is opened using as follows

System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection MyConnection;
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand myCommand
    = new System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand();

MyConnection = new System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection("provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source='" + path3 + "';Extended Properties=Excel 8.0;");

MyConnection.Open();
myCommand.Connection = MyConnection;

The error is as follows:-

Do those users have Windows 7 64 bit and Office 2007?

One of the PC's that doesnt work is Windows 7 professional 32-bit, excel 2007.. another is Windows Vista and Office 2007

Both of those are 32 bit.

Yes your right.. so what does that point to ?

I don't know because I know nothing about C#. Is the workbook you are connecting to an Excel 2007 workbook or one created in an earlier version. If the former you would need Extended Properties=Excel 12.0.
