Full Screen mode and Quitting Excel

My client wants a sales tool I've developed to auto_open in full screen mode. This is fine but, of course, you can't close the workbook directly without either using a keyboard short cut or exiting full screen mode.

Users are most likely to simply quit Excel when they've finished using the tool. But, of course, when they reopen Excel, it's in full screen mode, which will confuse the hell out of the users.

I know that it is possible to run a macro when a workbook is closed (and Excel left open) but is it possible to have a macro in a workbook that runs when the user quits excel?

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
