Function to find fastest time for a period

Hi all.

Please could anyone help with this problem. I am trying to find a solution to find my quickest ’Time’ (column ‘H’) for each unique time period (shown in column ‘AC’ - highlighted in yellow). I want the result to be a 1 if it is the quickest in the period and blank if it isn’t the quickest of that weekly period. I have manually inputted these for now (conditionally formatted to turn pink if a ‘1’), to illustrate what I’m after.
