Hi all,

Looking for a function that can return it's column value.

eg. if I am at cell "S5" and enter the Column() function it will return me ... 19.

I am looking for a function that can actually return me "S" instead of "19"

Anyone who can help?

Thanks in advance,
Sige

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK

Try this...

=SUBSTITUTE(ADDRESS(1,COLUMN(),4),1,"")

Thx All!

Taking style and flexibility into consideration I'll settle for Valko's solution!
Thx again!
