Function to return the following monday if new years day occurs on a weekend

I have a formula that calculates new years day. I have a range of dates that are calculated to be public holidays. If new years day falls on a saturday or a sunday, the following monday is declared a public holiday as well.

What is the formula to return the date of the following monday if new years day occurs on a weekend?

I worked it out, this is really great, I am getting better at this.
