So, within the next few days im gonna be out of the office on vacation. While im gone someone from my department will be using my login to back me up. The last time this happened, I feel my backup snooped through my personal emails. Is there anyway to setup a macro in outlook that when this person clicks on my personal folder she get a big middle finger..... lol..... just thinking. It could be anything.

Thoughts?

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
That's exactly why you don't want someone knowing your password and logging into your account. They could also send anything from that account and it would look like it came from you.

Rather than giving someone your password, a far better solution is to set a mail rule that automatically forwards all incoming email to a designated email address in your absence (i.e. the person covering for you). That way, they still get all the new emails, but are never in your account.

If you search the internet, there are lots of articles that tell you how you can do this. Here is one: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/o...es-to-another-e-mail-account-HA001150201.aspx

Someone else having your logon information is just bad for so many reasons. Go with a rule and set it up by sender or subject, whatever you need, like Joe said.
