GANNT - I have made a chart but want to add 'variation'

Hi,

I am a novice (can't you tell...)

I have managed to make a stacked bar GANNT in Excel, but would like to show the 'variations in time taken' at the end. i.e. +/- days to complete.

Can anyone help? Thank you very much in anticipation.
