Gantt Chart multiple color in 1 arrow..difficult one

Hi Guys,

i know that there are many gantt chart post in this forum but when i search it..nothing is typical as my question so maybe someone here can help me to solve this problem.

we should using conditional format..but the format must refer to activity name..since different activity has different color, also i want to start with date and week so 7 excel column will be 1 week..etc

here are the picture, maybe someone here might found a solution. thanks
