Gauge Chart

I would like to learn Gauge chart with needle. I read that it can be done without using pie chart. Please let me know how to do this. Thanks!

Hi,

I checked the site but there are using two charts i.e. doughnut and pie to create speedo meter chart. I read that we can do this using a single chart may I know how to do this chart. Thanks!
