Generate Text File VBA

Hi All - I am looking to see if anyone can assist in helping me get a “Generate Text File” box/command drawn in red on this worksheet. It would be the same as the already present command buttons (i.e. “Generate Email”). It would just instead open a blank txt file.

Once I have it inserted and it generates/opens a blank text file, I will look to modify what is actually on the text file.
