get data from 2 list and appear in the 3rd area

I'm trying to get the formula or vba syntax to review People Name from one list than check their managers name in the other list and add their name onto 3rd sheet.

Sheet 1 has all staff name
Sheet 2 has all staff name in Column A & Managers name in Column B
Sheet 3 I want to have a drop down, so when I select Managers name, it should bring all their people name from Sheet 1

Please can someone guide me.
