Hi there,

I changed my standard PivotTable to a PowerPivot, and now I cannot get my head around the GETPIVOTDATA formula.

i want to make a reference to a cell containing the date. It gives me a REF error. But if I precede the date with a single quote (H17 = '5/17/2020), then the formula gives the correct result.
Is there a way to add this single quote to the formula? I tried altering the last part
Rich (BB code):
&["&"'"&H17&"]")
, it doesn't work.
What does this single quote do to a data?
Here is my formula:
Rich (BB code):
=GETPIVOTDATA("[Measures].[Distinct Count of Customer]",$A$1,"[Table1].[Date]","[Table1].[Date].&["&H17&"]")

Thank you for your suggestions
