Hi All. I have two columns. One has names and next to it, the other column, has birthdays. I am trying to make a new column listing all of the birthdays that are still to come in the year. I.e. people who have birthdays in September would not show up - those that have them in December, would.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Marcus

=IF(MONTH(bday)>MONTH(TODAY()),"yes",IF((DAY(bday)>DAY(TODAY()))*(MONTH(bday)=MONTH(TODAY())),"yes","no"))

Should suffice.

Hmm bday stands for a cell? What is "bday"?

I tried:

=IF(MONTH(F3))>MONTH(TODAY()),"yes",IF((DAY(F3)>DAY(TODAY()))*(MONTH(F3)=MONTH(TODAY())),"yes","no"))

and it doesn't work

I don't need it to respond with yes or no but rather just list in a column one after another the ones that are left.

if the "birthdays" are held as the date in the year that the birthday falls on, rather than the actual date of birth, then with names in col a, dates on col b, a simple:

=if(b2<today(),"",a2)
