Goal seek automatically for different row values

I wish to automatically set goal seek for several rows but with different values.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
And I wish to do so from cell A3 toA19 with changing values from B3 to B19, without manually introducing the value each time.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Ex:<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
GOAL Seek: set cell A3 to value =B3 by changing cell B3.
set cell A4 to value=A4 by changing cell B4
<o:p> </o:p>
etc…
