Goal Seek Tolerance

I've Run a goal seek and set the target value to 0, yet the answer given is 8e-4. Is there anyway of altering the tolerance to converge the answer closer to 0?

Use the solver instead. You'll be able to define the tolerance in the options. You'll also be able to define other useful parameters like maximum number of iterations, maximum execution time, etc.
