Good resources to learn Access?

At my job I mostly use Excel / VBA, and it has been suggested that for some of the projects I work on that using Access would be a good alternative. Are there any well known online resources to learn the program? Thanks and I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

My recommendation is to take an introductory class (often offered at community colleges, professional learning centers, etc) or get a good introductory book (I used the Microsoft "Step-by-Step" series).

I second Joe's recommendation on the Access Inside and Out Series by Microsoft. There is also a lot of good information over at www.utteraccess.com
