Google Forms vs Microsoft Forms

Google Forms saves responses to a Google Sheet, which can be accessed live.

Microsoft Forms clearly saves responses somewhere, but I can't seem to access the Office 365 equivalent of the live Google Sheet attached to the form. The "See in Excel" link basically exports current results into an Excel file and downloads it, meaning you can't program a live Excel 365 sheet to take actions as form responses come in.

Advice?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
It can be done though the workflow is slightly wonky.

To do this, you must have access to Office 365 (obviously).
  1. In your browser, log into Office 365
  2. Go to Excel Online
  3. Insert > Form
Forms will open in a new tab, and you can design the form as usual. But the responses will go to the Form tab in your Excel file (stored in your OneDrive).
