I have a bar graph that i have made with 2 sets of series one represents staff required every 15 minutes and the other series represents number of staff scheduled every 15 minutes.

Problem looks great when i go in and change the series range each week as the start time of the shift is always changing,

is there a way that if the staff required = 0 and the staff scheduled = 0, that the graph will not show the empty time slots, it takes up alot of room and confuses everyone. I only want the graph to start where there is someone required or there is someone scheduled

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
If you mean 'don't graph points with zero values', custom filter your source data for the graph to exclude zeros - excel will only chart visable cells.

If you mean 'automatically expand chart series as data grows' see

for some examples on dynamic charting
