i would appreciate some help with a smoothed excel line graph.
I have figures mapped from apl 23 and will track to mar 25
Also have to highlight movement from jan 24 as additional criteria

I am wanting to show a dotted line from apl23 to dec23 and then a solid line from jan24 and thereafter. Is this possible on the same linegraph.

Yes, but it tedious. If you select the line first, then select the data label so that just one is selected you can hit ctrl-1 to open the editing tool box and change the line type from solid line to dotted line. You then need to the same for the next data label so the line between the points is dotted

Thanks very much for the reply and didnt think of that
At least its a workaround and only for a summary graph updated monthly so this would be ok
