Graph to ignore DIV/0

Is there a way to get a graph in Excel to ignore the DIV/0 errors? I am making a weekly tracker that will graph as data is populated but want to ignore future weeks without data populated in them. Essentially, the first column on the left table is a planned number, then the rest of the left table is percent to plan calculated from the table on the right from actual performance.

I don't want the future stuff to graph to 0...is there any way of ignoring those without changing the chart data every week?

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
I think the best way would be to change your formula ever so slightly to include an =IFERROR(Existing Formula),"")

I already had that; that still causes a zero to be calculated and graphs that

If the result of your equation is an absolute zero, you should change it to be blank/null instead. That should take out graphing for that week's result.

okay - changed the formula to IF(C4="","",XX/C4) to get the DIV/0 to go away...how do I get the blanks to stop graphing? When going to Select Data and choosing Hidden & Empty Cell Settings...nothing works to not graph the empty cells. The only thing I can do is not select Wk31 onward...
